Through a meticulous AS-IS and TO-BE analysis, we identified pain points in legacy operations and proposed streamlined, future-ready processes. Our contributions included drafting business requirements documents, producing RACI matrices, and managing vendor alignment. The programme met key milestones under our guidance, and our structured documentation became instrumental for training, onboarding, and operational handover. Serving over 24 Credit Unions in Western Canada, Prairie Payments embarked on modernizing its Wires Payment Processing Platform. Our team, as the analyst, navigated complex regulatory landscapes and led a team of business analysts to analyse the current state of payment systems. We worked closely with IBM and JPMC to migrate messaging standards from MT to MX (ISO 20022), ensuring interoperability and security. By mapping end-of-day activities like reconciliation and settlement, and removing ambiguity in documentation, we minimized risk and accelerated delivery. Our strategic oversight supported the daily operations of 62 Credit Unions and laid a foundation for real-time, future-proof payment infrastructure.
